when I was getting the v3s sorted to matching ones and that they were top dogs lol, never argued and were very fast at sorting.

just make sure seen as they are so old get the top mounts and bearings renewed, and make sure there is the threaded bush in there.

well not really but with gentle use mate they become more flexible. so take punishment a little easier,

He is waiting to hear from kw......... the new spring should be there today , but where 1 of the adjusters got wedged i mushed it a lil so he is asking if they can do a new 1 of them

my top mounts were done 2000 miles ago so prob a couple of years ??

worth changing to powerflex ones i wonder

top mounts? prob not worth the money mate, the std octy ones are pritty cheap, its the hard LCR ones thats the money lol.

have they taken the susp off the car yet?

if or when they do mate, if it falls appart then there is no threaded bush on there, if when it comes off the car the top mount holds the spring in place and nothing fals appart then its there,

hope that makes sence? lol

They r very good... Its the only place i actually trust tbh which is why i sooner drive 50 miles

I will mention it tho.. So its the 1 that holds the mount to the coilovers on the car or not

Go LCR top Mounts, I have them. Powerflex will be dam hard........

Kw said replacing 1 spring is fine especially with the mileage covered

I forgot to mention I have crohns disease too and am currently being tested for bowel cancer, ah well probably negative but still weighs on the mind a bit. My point being to try spread some cheer, to help folks feel better and happier, when your learn this art in the face of adversity you will have a great life.

Anyhow enough 'ooh I'm in constant pain' nonsense, back to topic at hand again.

i have to watch actually, went for a scottish qualifier and didnt make it cos im 19 stone and percentage wise i wasnt strong enough, 6'6 tall too so it was a long way up haha
