Mrk1 octavia vrs auq engine code top end knock

Only had this car 2 days now it seem like the cam or cams are goosed tried searching forums but can't get a result

Anyway on start up really loud ticking from cam area blue smoke out exhaust had oil strainer and pipe cleaned out this mornin cause I read that they are bad for clogging up really want this sorted

Also heard cam chain tensioner are at fault with miles etc mines done 120k

Anything I should check ? Any1 had same problem ?
