Broken foglight - Damn it!

Featured Replies

Driving along the M27 I hear a smack as a car passed me and when I got home I found my drivers side foglight smashed.

Skoda want £70 for a new one!

I'm paranoid I'll buy a cheap one from somewhere and it'll be crap quality, so I just wondered if anyone has bought any new ones recently that were OEM spec or very close/better?

Quick scout on eBay brought this up. Hopefully this should do: http://www.ebay.co.u...=item20ce01de0c

that won't fit on a vRS unfortunately, wrong shape. vRS all have round ones as far as I know.

OP, have a search on the bay of flea for Depo :)

Hella one OEM http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2c66697fff

Cheaper one; http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2a15059e86

Of course you'd need to search for whichever side has gone. Just seen it was the drivers side :giggle:

Alternatively, try these guys in Bishops Waltham

Those ones won't fit a vrs either. Took mine off the other day. They don't bolt direct to the bumper they kinda slide if you get what I mean. Looking for a image.......

tutaqu4u.jpg the metal is like a lug and just sits on the bumper and 2 bolts to the top that slide into the bumper and pinch tight.

Glad you spotted that! Said compatible on the drop downs on ebay :wonder:

Maybe these then, a pair but a good price IMO

Thats the ones! Not a bad price either. Might consider myself. Mine have seen better days!
