Anyone gone from iOS to WP8?

Featured Replies

Just wondering if anyone's made the transition from iPhone to Windows Phone 8? Any thoughts, impressions, etc? Good move? Bad move?

I'm in the process of trying to decide on a new phone as my current phone is old and rapidly approaching jiggered. I've had an iPod for quite a while so am used to the iOS way of doing things and have all my music in iTunes, but I've recently been hearing very good things about WP8. I realise it doesn't have the same depth of coverage in its app store but I believe that is growing and I like the interface on WP8.

I've had a quick play on WP8 in the phone shop but it can be tricky getting a real feel for something in 5 mins. Is it reasonably stable? Anything you really miss about iOS? Given the choice would you go back to iOS or stick with it?
