Octavia 1.6 - Any pointers before buying?

Hi Guys,

Been a while since I've been here as been out of Skoda ownership.

However, have my eye on a 1.6 Ambiente model from 2003. Has 99k miles but full Skoda history right through and also had timing belt changes - great condition, not towed or taxi'd.

I have had an Octavia but that was over 10 years ago. Do you have any pointers of potential problems with this particular model/engine that you could help me out with?
