Skoda Octavia Unlocking fault.

2001 Skoda keeps unlocking itself.

The car has central locking but not remote central.

I have had a search and seen their are issues with the below.

What suggestions do you have on where to start and how to identify which component would be at fault?

Should I replace either

Central control unit (J393)

Driver's door control unit (J386)
