Hi,

Just washed the Monte for the first time, and noticed the passenger side fog/DRL pod seems to be a little loose when pushed.

I can't pull it out at all, any ideas how i can fix this ? Are these sealed units ?

Sometimes the light unit does not seat correctly causing it to be a bit wobbly. I would recommend you remove the plastic grill section to the side of the light; this can be a bugger to get off as you have to squeeze the slats together while you pull (don't be afraid to use brute force). Then reach inside the gap and push the metal clip to free the fog light; inspect and push back it in again making sure that it has located correctly.

Does the whole lower grill come out or it just a section ?

It's just a small section of grill on either side next to the fog light. I believe it mentioned in the handbook.
