Upgrading mk1 vrs to mk2 vrs managed to convince other half to get one with me pick it up on Tuesday is in Black magic with FSH and 58000 miles from white rose VW, can definately say that I am very excited (even with sharing with other half who is used to driving a micra!) pics will be up soon

I went from a mk1 octy vrs to my current mk2 octy vrs,you wont regret it,the mk1 is a good car but the mk2 is way better,enjoy your new car!

1.2 TSI chugging on acceleration

My roomster went to Vw garage (small dealer)with engine problem: when I accelerate hard it really starts chugging or pulling back. Not like it's running on 3 cylinders but like it's just no power in it when the chugging happens. The garage found fault and replaced all spark plugs and plug lead 1. Since they done it it's better but if I put foot down hard it starts the chugging again! Spoke to mechanic who plugged in fault finding gear (vcds I think) but no fault found. Mechanic did say Po

Six month old Combi iV...driving today, my head's up display seemed to go off. Actually it's gone dim, possibly might mode. In full sunshine. Tried turning it on and off (it does but remains virtually invisible). Tried changing brightness up and down. Car on and off. Sometimes there's a green line or two reflected on the right of the (dim) notifications. Anyone else? What it has shown me is how much I use it!

So I have 18" alloys that are 100% USELESS at dealing with the thousands of pot hotles in my local area So.... my only option is to bin the new 18" fitted and retro fit 16" with XL tyres. How easy is it to find original second hand 16" wheels for the Kamiq any ideas in Hampshire? How do I go about dealing with the tyre presure units do they sink to any old wheel? I'm told they dont come with sensors can I swap them from the 18" wheels or not? Can anyone know the tyre size required so I can l
