Does anyone know how to identify which oil filter housing cap is which?

I have rang skoda and VW and they keep coming up with 3 different types

I can find any identification numbers on the housing, and at £24 each I dont fancy buying all 3

Cant drive the car anywhere because of this, so does anyone have any ideas?

car is on a 56 plate if that helps

045 115 433 D - PURFLUX

045 115 433 E - M + H

045 115 433 C - Mahle

surely your dealer can tell by the chassis number!

you would have thought with the chassis number and reg they could.

I managed to find the the manufacturers name on the filter housing, very awkward to read, but turns out is a PURFLUX

So have found a factors with one in stock, as VW, SKODA and AUDI didnt have any.
