I am aware that mk4 Golf Recaros fit into a mk1 Octavia fine, but what about the rears?

Can they be made to fit without too much work?

There is a slight gap between rear seats and side panels, but nothing too ugly.

Are the estate and hatch seats the same?

I think so, I think the problems come when you get seats out of a 3 door vehicle. But the gaps I have seen aren't bad. And my S3 seats are about as bad as they get, which isn't all that bad at all, it's just not as flush as original.
