Now, my main annoyance with my vRS at the moment is the suspension. Don't get me wrong, its ok, but I'd like slightly less roll, and the car looks like its on stilts!

I know Eibachs are popular, but I'd like my car to sil a little lower than them (how much do Eibachs drop by?). What have other people done?

Also, what shocks go well with the Eibach springs?

Cheers!

James is right, Eibachs drop 25mm, but as the vRS is 15mm lower to start with, that's 40mm lower than any other Fabia. And be warned about coilovers - the PD TDI engine is deep. With a drop of over 25mm you'll be running very close to danger level and might have to consider a steel sump guard to avoid sump damage.

For more info see this guide:

From what I've seen I don't think you want to be lower than that either.

I would think it better to get hold of some 17" wheels to fill the arches.

Take a look under your motor and see just how low the sump guard is.

What happened to the coil overs? Was going to, but having thought long and hard its going to be Eibach springs and dampers!
