Correct Citigo/2012 Skoda Badges

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've read of a few people changing their badges to the new design and some people say the flat badge is best and others say the curved badge.

Can anyone that has changed their badges please post pics of the front/rear and say which badge they went for please.

Thanks,

John

Cheers.

I've seen that thread but one person is saying the curved is best and someone else is saying flat is better.

Yesterday changed OEM "green" rear badge 1U0853621C on my MK1 hatch Fabia to new-type (chrome-black) badge.

80mm, matched perfectly, part No.5J0853621AAUL

Ordered from www.superskod...com, 24EUR and free shipping to Latvia.

In the end appeared that same stuff can be purchased at local Škoda dealers, for 23 EUR :-)

How to dismantle old badge? I used butter knife from kitchen and cotton towel to protect paint, ha.

Before installing of new one, cleaned remainings of glue-tape with whitespirit.

Sorry for dirty car.
