Probably a really stupid question but could someone please tell me how to remove the bulb from this holder (image attached)?

It is just a 'push fit' but if they're anything like mine they're a PITA.

I had a stubborn light to remove previously, it had either some corrosion or melting on one side of the contacts inside, a little prying loose with a screwdriver and it came out easily after that
