Rear Bumper Reflector

Unfortunately whilst my car was unattended,someone damaged my bumper. The damage is quite minor .

There is a small scrape of paint removal and a broken 'wrap around' reflector.

My questions are

A - how do you remove and replace the damaged reflector?

B - Where can I purchase a replacement

2010 (61) Octavia Estate 1600Tdti

Sorry if this sounds a trivial request but the car is my pride and joy, previously in prestige condition.
