Knocking noise

Hi I own a fabia vrs (05) I recently bought this but have a few things.

One of the mani thing is there was a knocking noise every time I went over a bump

I took it to a garage and they said its the "link bars"

Now because my car is on coil overs the link bars are slightly smaller than the normal ones

So I bought some adjustable ones measured the old size n installed them

No there is a constant knocking noise whilst I'm driving infact it's more of a rattle

When I'm going over bumps or anything there's no knocking noise like before

Can anyone help
