Afternoon all. A few times now I've seen a red vRS on my way to work with square/rectangular shaped fogs like in other cars in the Octy range. What do we think? Non-vRS bumper on a vRS? Just wondering because it looks absolutely brilliant! Wondering if its something that's been done on here before?

As far as I know the bumpers are interchangeable, so there's no reason it can't be done. You never know, you might find someone with a non-vRS that would swap with you

More likely to be a non-vRS with some vRS bits on it

Happy to oblige when my Elegance front bumper comes off shortly - personally I've never been a fan of the square fogs....

The Sport had a very similar look to the vRS, but had normal bumpers with stick on mouldings.

Sport bumpers were slightly different to both the standard and vRS variations. Rear one is smoothed without the rubbing strip, plus the addition of the low-level reflectors as per the vRS - and the front bumper has an additional colour-coded lip at the bottom.

Plus obviously at the back there's the lip spoiler, instead of the vRS spoiler.

Ill be putting a Vrs bumper on my taxi whenever I get round to it, totally transforms the front end

It is easy to mistake a Sport for a vRS.

There is only really the alloys, spoiler and front fogs to differentiate them.

Assuming the car is moving you can remove the alloys from the mix too.

Cheers all. I didn't actually know there was a sport model! Anyway, bit of googling has found me this - the exact car I've been seeing! Know coilovers, BBS wheels and some vRS bits now.

I've got a Sport bumper overlay for sale, brand new but with a few marks from being moved about. You'd need to source the grilles and fogs though. Got second hand little grilles you could have.
