Have never joined a Forum before but felt I had to join this one as I

've had so much GOOD info from it already. Thanks Colin for setting it up up. Have been to Crewe many times (used to live there).

Have just taken delivery of a beautiful (Yes, I mean that ), Candy White, Yeti Urban ( 2 weeks ago)- Traded in an E class Merc240. My wife & I just love driving the Yeti. ( Love the Fuel consumption.) We live in Dublin and Skoda not that that "big" here but should be . ( We're retired and never worked in motor trade so objective comment. !!)

Biggest challenge so far has been undertanding the on-board entertainment systen (Bolero). Now got to grips with the MDI debate- thanks : we won't retrofit it. We're going to exploit the SD card facility. Am busy ripping our CD collection to HDD so that we can then make SD card files ( 4 or 16 GB files) of music to each of our tastes. We travel to France quite a bit and cover long distances there so should be able to satisfy both our needs.

Must say our experience with Dealer has been excellent, so far.... purchased 3 year sevice package which seemed good value for money at €395.

Intend to share our experience with Yeti owners in a non "petrol (or Diesel ) head" way with other members.

Thanks again, Colin.

Hi and welcome aboard.

Maybe this has been covered before BUT is there a "sticky" badge that can be displayed on rear (??) window of vehicle to indicate that I'm a "Briskoda" driver......... hence getting a "flash" (nicest possible interpretation) from other like minded driver/owners ?
