PMSL.

Double leg amputees LOL,

Just think how good you car will feel when you get it back.

Think i would rather have this as a cortesy car rather than the alternative.

I once got an A6 3.0tdi Quattro S-line top of the range job when my old A4 got serviced years ago. My car felt 5hite when i got it back.

my Dad used to love it when he took his old, base level Volvo 240estate in for servicing and would get a 750 T5 as a courtesy car

Must just be me, maybe i look like I would enjoy a hairdressers handbag on wheels to drive.

Awesome car! Looking for one on autotrader now :)

My local VW dealer gives out high spec Sciroccos. From a Skoda garage I got a HTP Fabia 1.

I had a vauxhall something or other (the vectra replacement) for three weeks, brand new all the bells but I was SO glad to get back into my 11 year old (at the time) Octy mk1 4x4 :D :D :D just goes to show that a well put together car can still be comfortable

Just remembered the name. Vauxhall Insignificant.

Well we now know what the iPhone thinks about it LOL

The iPhone was being quite generous, I thought.

I took my Diesel Octavia Estate L&K in for repair earlier today. Its having warranty work dont on the rusty boot.

I came away gobsmacked with the courtesy car. They really made an effort to keep like for like.

Its a amazing Peugeot 307, a whole 1.0L petrol 68bhp. The spec is amazing! It has metal trim in the inside on the doors that match the exterior, is so much nicer than the plush soft warm cozy trim the the Octavia. The seats are nice and firm, I think they are made from MDF. It has nice slippery upholstery that is about as wipe clean as my (heated) Leather/Alcalantra seats in the Occy, nothing would stay on them, not even the driver. The utilitarian single dial with only digital trip counter and fuel inficator is so uuber modern. I am sppechless with the way the SINGLE wiper cleans the screen so well. As for the boot.... well the whole glass of the back window opens to load the pair of gloves or tin of catfood into the luggage compartment. It is 4 door, though it is clearly a special vehicle designed to carry people who are double leg amputees. They think of everyone the French dont they. The natural air cooling is so refreshing, I had been so used to climate control I forgot how much of an upgrade the window and air vents were.

I am sure there are some other great features I am missing.

In its favour though it does have central locking and electric windows.

Its a good job I dont have to drive from Suffolk to Farnborough tomorrow or anything.

I should add that at least I got a car from Skoda, when I took the wifes Audi in for a similar thing they told me to take a hike when I wanted a car.

This has made my day..........cheers :giggle:

I have to be honest, I held a gun to my wifes head and made her hand over the keys to her Audi A3 as it's me who spends 2.5+ hours a day commuting and she has a 10 minute drive to work. So she now has the rollerskate, and I quote "It's a bit ****e and not as much fun as I thought it would be to drive. I would pay £50 for one but it would still stay on the drive!"

So its designed for women and even they dont like them!

i never get a bloody car must of seen my driving
