I've just placed an order for a Candy White, Skoda Citigo, 5-Door, Elegance, 75bhp GreenTech manual with all the factory fitted options bar the stinking smoker's pack! :think: I also want to have the SILVER Auriga 5.5j x 15" wheels with 185/55 R15 Tyres (like Liam has) but the only option on the Skoda Configurator is for WHITE Auriga 15" wheels which I do not want. The other strange thing is that the option for the Auriga 15" wheels is a £0 option and there's no mention of tyre size. I'm confused so I wonder if someone in the know would please tell me how it's possible to have the SILVER Auriga 5.5j x 15" wheels with 185/55 R15 Tyres on my Citigo Elegance without paying £160 each for them as an accessory with the cost of the tyres on top! The Citigo SE can be ordered with the £380 Style Pack 1 which includes 14" Apus alloys 5J x 14" wheels or the £550 Style Pack 2 which included 15" Auriga alloys 5.5J x 15". The Elegance comes standard with the 14" Apus alloys 5J x 14" wheels but how can I upgrade to the SILVER Auriga 5.5j x 15" wheels with 185/55 R15 Tyres?

The 15in wheel options are not listed anywhere else for UK spec cars, this could be a mistake on the configurator.

We have just ordered a 5dr Elegance 75. We decided on red elegance with spare wheel. with either 60 or 75 power. Looking at the list of cars available at Emden Port the closest we could get was spare wheel plus summer pack or one with style pack 2 (15 inch + spare). We went for the summer pack. So it would appear that the style pack 2 is showing on some elegance models.

I ordered mine a few weeks back an had the same problem. The dealer told me its a fault on the configuratior as you can't have the 15 inch wheels on the elegance. He mentioned that the 14 apus alloys that it originally is speced which has special tyres to save on fuel.

Good news! I have just heard from Maxine Jennings of Skoda UK Customer Care that the Skoda Citigo Elegance 75bhp Greentech can now be ordered with 15" Silver Auriga Alloy Wheels (plus temporary spare wheel etc) in something called the Package Style 2 for £190. This option wasn't available for the Elegance 75bhp Greentech a few days ago, As you can see from the attached screen snip, it's on the Skoda UK configurator already. I'm pretty pleased I must say but I only hope that they don't come with some gripless wonders of eco tyres that slip and slither in the wet!

Oh dear, now I am more than a little frightened!

New, skinny, top-brand, winter tyres plus no power equals really amazing in the snow. My iGo (yes, I have an iPad, iPhone and iPod too!) will go anywhere, as long as the snow isn't just too deep or he just sits on his belly, his little wheels spinning slowly round in fresh air, unable to advance or retreat, like a young, beached, Adelie penguin.

Inquired about these yesterday to the dealer but he told me as my cars being built in 4 weeks he couldn't add them on. Makes me angry as when I ordered the Car in January I was told you couldn't put 15inch tyres on the citigo. Guess ill have to stick with the 14's an look on the bay in the future!

That seems more than a little harsh considering what you've asked for. I could imagine it being impossible to add the Summer Pack because the sun-roof is a major additional alteration but wheels/tyres are just a case of someone making a quick substitution when the car is going along the production line. However, my take on a 2013 vehicle production line may be very naieve compared to reality. I don't know when my car (ordered on Monday 18th February) is being built but I'm not expecting it to arrive till the end of May so hopefully they will manage to add the Style Pack 2 without a problem. :think:

Sorry...just saw your post now. I haven't been so attentive lately. They were an option in the configurator on the Irish site when we ordered in October last year. I think I was aware at the time that they were not an option in the UK and that was a puzzle. Anyway all is well that ends well. By the way mine came with the echo Conti. I couldn't specify what tyre I wanted, but happily they arrived with the ones I wished for.

Aha, the legendary Luck of the Irish! I have my fingers crossed now for some Scots Luck. The dealer said I couldn't have them, the configurator said I couldn't have them so I decided to ask Skoda themselves and bingo! However, it hasn't been officially confirmed yet but I'm hoping it's just a formality.
