No RS4 wheels, but you get some idea of gap you get with standard 4x4 ride height

A TDI won't be as high

On 18 inch BBS RC's standard ride height.

At tDi height? Actually, you may well find with better springs and shocks, you CAN definitely get away with lowering it a little. Even at vRS height. Unless you have a vRS bumper and a splitter combined with crappy roads.

ya tdi height !! ya im putting a vrs front bumper and a splitter on it, im also going running it on 15mm spacers hopeing to make up a little for the gap I will also be pulling a trailer with it from time to time so cudnt really lower it more that 20mm but cannot find lowering springs from 10-20mm anywhere for any price for a tdi !... any other ideas ?besides coil-overs

Speak to Damian at DPM. There must be several options without resorting to coilovers.

I emailed Damian and he said the best he can do for me is 30mm lowering springs so cant do much for me any body have any other suggestions ?.

That's a nice drop. Given that the vRS is a 26mm drop from what you're currently at. Stiffer suspension should sort out any clearance worries. Personally, I'd forsake the splitter and go for the better handling, if it came to it.

Can you get 19" alloys on there octy 's or if that just too big?

Not sure tbh, as it was like it when I bought it, at a guess i'd say about 35mm.

Lloyd runs 19's and has ran 20's in the past. Check the "Rimfest" wheel thread in the stickies.

Love the look of your vrs and your alloys look nicer than my black spiders which has surprised me on a silver car....was thinking too much silver but it works well.
