The rear right-hand footwell keeps filling with 1-2" of water in recent heavy rain. I can't see any obvious leaks so where should I start to investigate this problem? Help!

or from the scuttle panel drains being blocked and water coming in via the main cable loom gromets and bonnet release cable grommet.

What door rubber and where do you look?

Looking to buy a new rubber door seal to make sure no water is getting in as I can see a little gathering at the bottom of the inner seal at the sill.

Is it the outer or the inner seals I need, both?

Where do I get them new online (part number?)?

Thats probably a dealer only part. Have you done the hose test to try and find where its coming in rather than just changing seals?

On Wheeler dealers they used a fog machine. worked pretty well!
