oil from the engine breather?

id say it could be oil.. from the engine breather pipe that goes directly into the filter. i know about a problem iv got with my EGR valve was wodering if this could be the main reason for causeing this? is it a big problem should i be aware?

what does the elepahnt mod do?

The oil shouldnt really be there, but as miles increase things wear, and cheap oil doesnt help. The breather pipes used to vent to atmosphere till the EU got involved and its all about emissions now. I did the mod and assume my filter is fine, I havent looked since.

The elephant mod taked the bretaher pipe and stops it pumping cruddy air into the intake and simply bleeds to the floor, drive, road, grass etc. if you have a nice drive, use a catch bottle.
