Hi i've just noticed that this was put in the back of the service book at my vrs's last service .Does any one have any idea what it means or what its for.

it means they gave you some new revision D coilpacks for free! YOur old ones were susceptible to failure so these are a free upgrade kinda like a vehicle recall
