What is the definitiive answer to mudflaps for rear of Vrs est 2012 model?

Of interest my insurance went up by 10 groups changing from Superb 140 to Vrs but premium didnt change!!! They just upped the excess to 350.Insurance through IAM Surety - very good - Sun alliance
