You can do so either from a CD or an SD card. If from a CD then it must be a data disc and not an audio disc. You have an option to do this in windows media player if you use that for the burning. On either one, you will have the artist list appear, press on the artist and another box will appear asking if you want to play, save or something else. I can't quite remember the rest but I'm sure you will get it.

From an SD card you need to select 'Media' > 'SD Card' then next to each folder there will be a funny looking box of squares on the right.

Press this 'soft' button and one of the options will be to copy.

It will ask you where to put the copied files, navigate through the HDD structure until you find the right location and select the appropriate 'soft' button to begin copying.
