vRS headlight washers

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I've a problem with one of my headlight washers. Both of them come up, but only one sprays the headlight.

At first the problematic one didn't even come up, turned out it broke and leaked washer fluid, so bought a new one and fixed it. Then it worked for a few days but once got stuck in the up position and from then on it doesn't spray anymore, even though it does open. I've no leaks anywhere.

Any ideas why it doesn't spray?

Thanks.

blocked nossel?? try poking something small like a needle in it ?

Lack of pressure mate. Mine did the same and the only way i could sort it was to kink the pipe to "up" the pressure on the dodgy one.

A bit late reply but yeah, I took down the bumper and the hose was kinked on one part - I straightened it and put a bit larger and stronger hose over that part to prevent it to kink again - been working like a charm since then.
