Coilover question-have I been really stupid?

Featured Replies

Just a quick one. I fitted my JOMs last week and with the fronts all the way down there is still a gap between arch and tyre of a finger easy.

The thing is I've just realised I left the original bump stop on AND the one supplied with the JOMs :-( is this why I can't get it to go low??

DAMN IT!! No wonder I'm bitching about it being on the lowest setting and it not being low enough lol. Do you think I'd be able to cut through the original bump stop with it all attached? Can't be bothered to take the strut off for the 3rd time

Yeah just jack it high and cut it to pieces mate

It's abit bouncy but I thought that's how coilovers were. It's better than it was though. Will have to adjust them about half way up and cut the bump stop out

define bouncy mate ref your coilovers being adjusted right to the bottom? arnt they stiff as fook?

lol sorry bud :p
