Does anyone know why,you can't choose to have a different one ?

When I had mine I got the cheap plastic one taken off and a leather one fitted by the dealer, along with the gearstick and handbrake.

On some cars this is called the "small leather package" So you need to see if this is an option on the GL2.

I ordered mine early on and it wasn't an option so I got the dealer to fit it a week later as the cheap steering wheel was the only thing that let the car down really.

They are replaced with the same ones from the Fabia Elegance.

It's not an option on the estate,none of the guys at the dealership could tell me why either.

I may end up getting a cover for it.
