Whats up with my Keyfob ?

Got an MY05 Fabia vRS and have been absolutely lovin it. Anyways today I went to the car at lunchtime and the car wont unlock on the keyfob. I tried many times and it didn't work. Unlocked it using the key and stood pondering for a minute.

Then the ALARM went off and boy is it LOUD!! :eek: :D Anyway put key in ignition and turned it and that stops it triggering apparently. Anyways when I got home I tried the other fob and that works. Anyone got any ideas as to why one fob wont unlock the car ? It will lock it and do the boot!
