after having my fabia sat on some knew wheel 17" vw sort i noticed that at the back on one side iv got some uneven wear, one scrappie told me itll just be a matter of needing a new bush.. but do fabias have rear wheel bushes?

Ye rear axle bushes. They will be pressed in. It will start knocking eventually if its that that's on its way out.

My rear passenger wheel look to have really bad camber while the other side is fine! Could this be rear beam bushes?

If not rear beam bushes / alignment you may find the rear beam is twisted as some numpty may have jacked it there in the past

im riding on 205 40 17s just its the second tyre to fail on the exact same place.. could be a bush wearing?

Could be bush or bearing or bent stub if car has been rear-ended.
