Looking at a 2012 plate elegance.

I'm 19 and did around 20000 miles last year so starting to need a diesel.

It will have the option of a satnav and has done 13000 miles.

Are the good cars and how much is it worth?

I am currently using my fourth Octavia - two were Elegance 2.0 TDI's and I found them all exceptionally reliable and very good value for money. You should have a year left on the warranty to sort out any residual problems but I have only once had a warranty claim and I doubt you will need it. If the price is right I would recommend it - but get the dealer to provide the latest sat nav update.
