Have discovered a high pitch noise whilst going round islands or what appears to be only right hand corners sounds like a knackered turbo! Very disappointed with my vrs as only had it 2 months and lots of problems ... Any ideas

I'd check your bearings and drop links before worrying about your turbo.

Unlikely to be your turbo if it only does in on right hand corners

Cheers that's interesting I only notice it at islands in 2nd gear it does sound like the turbo but as soon as I change gear it goes away.. But I'm getting a service next few days so I will ask them to check it out noise seems to be coming from the left side when going round islands but as I said only in 2nd
