I can't get sd card to play in my new Octavia.

Dealer has fixed it once but only lasted 2 days, it won't play at all now.

Any help will be appreciated

I've tried several cards

My dealer has actually changed the whole unit and it worked for 24 hours. Now it refuses to recognise any of my cards. Someone has suggested that it is a programming fault.

I would like to exchange cards with someone who has a fully operational unit
