First Service - Disaster

Featured Replies

I always ask them not to wash my car when I take it in for service, they once scratched a Honda civic I owned, which led to a (you did it . No it was already there) argument. So now I just tell them when I drop the keys off not to wash it.

But it's nice for some that don't clean their car often to have it thrown in.

I guessed right! I purchased my Yeti from Motorline Canterbury, don't think I would have bothered if I didn't have such an excellent salesman(he left soon after), and after a couple of wasted trips to pick up odds from them after phoning(yes we keep bulb kits in stock...when you're on the phone) The staff seemed lethargic, empty showroom with staff peering from backroom offices, I have to approach the desk to get service. As you can imagine, I choose to get service done elsewhere, I have read a couple of positive reviews about the skoda near Medway somewhere, but perhaps its not to far for you to go to Prestons?

You have not received anywhere near the standard you should of, it is ridiculous that many of us have got to the point where we trust those charged with looking after our pride and joy so little, we feel the need to inspect (and even photograph our car before we hand it over) I would definitely write to Motorline, or even skoda UK about your experiences and give a review in the relevant section on here and other sites to let potential customers know. But thanks for letting us know
