For work i drive a lot of different cars/ vans etc. Somtimes for a few days and when the fabia is sat i miss it soo much these last 3 days ive been driving a 13 plate twingo and i really REALLY cannot wait to get back in the fabia is too easy and lovely to drive... i think when it comes round to change i will garage the fabia keep it for a classic. i do think it will be a classic :)

Me too, I really miss mooching about in mine!

I was going to "upgrade" to the Mk2

but I love mine so much I am going to keep it, and ive just started investing in it with new big brakes a remap.

got a lot more planned for my little Fab :-D

I've said this for a while now; I really do think the Mk 1 Fabia VRS will be a modern classic as it already has a good following and a lot respect!

It's not the hottest hatch around, luke warm in fact, but what it does have is massive real word performance with that little torque'y Turbo Diesel engine and a slick 6 speed gear box. It doesnt win many standing starts blasts between the lights..... but my gosh does it changes speed well from a rolling start.

Nothing better than wiping the smile off the face of some Tw@ driving an A6 when he cant undertake you on the motorway

Torque is cheap.

Long live the little Furby.
