Yeah I have a clutch removal tool whats the best Wat to get gearbox up jack? And then just shake till its in the spigot?

jack if you can get it under the box and stable ish or if possible some sort of engine lift and just slide / wiggle it in

I normally have me and a friend lift it up I it's on a ramp. If your on the floor get the car hacked up nice and high and have two of you on the floor both on your back, get it pushed up into place and line it up, they should be some dowels around the gearbox to line it up. Get the other guy to hold it in place once lined up and quickly get a bolt in!

a third person would be a help to guide and line up. Also if you have room, get a bit rope around the gearbox and pull it up towards the engine bay, so while two people are on the floor the third helper can stand up and take some of the weight through the engine bay with the rope.

the hardest bit is lining the clutch up correctly.

Good luck.
