  • I get the feeling i am being politely called a numpty thinking about selling ???? Is this really a stupid idea ive thunk up ????

  • lloyd, its a bad idea, don't do it.. its just not worth it..by the time you factor in paying for most of the parts, and the effort of changing them all over (and paying someone to do it if you can't)

I thought about getting an RS6 last year.

When I looked into it more though, I didn't like the prices of front discs & pads, or the fuel bills that went with it lol.

I have looked at it a hundred times and done the figures and I cant justify changing from the octy to even an old S4 (2.7Bi Turbo) which is the one I want anyway :D Add to that the fact that an S4 is worth MUCH more in bits and I am stuck with the taxi for good!!

Yeah ive heard about Rs6 brakes ££££££££

My dear wifey and briskodians have made me see sence

It is like watching a episode of East Enders buddy. Lot's of repeats. Same story line.......lol......Stop it buddy.

Joking aside my friend....Seriously you know how we feel.

If you have to let go then do it for a car that is superior.

A R32 is a backward car to yours.

Better off getting a S3..

The Engine is nice but not enough power in these cars.

The 4x4 is also nice, but you don't need a R32 to get that.

+1

I really want a S4 or even RS4 both in older style bi turbo. But still holding good value and running one will be way more than VRS.

I would also have to play with it which will break my bank:(

Sent from my Galaxy S3.

Hey :D

lol it was close this time

I had pete primed

Clive on go go ready

And the R32s number and insurance details lol

:D plus i couldnt leave brisk as too many sound fellows

S4 bi turbo is an awsome car i just sold mine a nogaro blue avant with blue alcantra & half leather it would return 35mpg on a run and high 20s around town its not much worse than a vrs on fuel unless you drive it like u stole it,the tax is the same as vrs , only prob cambelt change = £800+ if done properly , if u get prob with a turbo its engine out to change and recomend doing both because its so labour intensive .I always wanted one so thought sod it bought one loved it to bits ran it for over a year all i did was a cam belt kit it was spot on for me then i got scared thinking the turbos could go so i sold it now regretting it .

oh, thats the colour, noggy blue....my fav, the avant too, the one to have imo, i had a 2.7t quattro a6 avant for a while, awesome engine, reliable, powerful, not sure i got 35 on a run though, was nearer 30 if i was lucky, the a6 is heavier though!

NO, MUST NOT SUCCUMB, MUST REMAIN STRONG Service costs will kill me!!!

this is the man who changed tyres, took off mudflaps, uses super lube to reduce friction...dude you aint ever gonna like an s4...and 35 high, most dont report those kinda figures from what i remember!

I bet I could get 35 out of one :D :D :D full under body fairing like the new A8 and yes, I would go for lighter rims and tyres :p most cars are over tyred anyway and the 4x4 is far more interesting with a bit less grip :D (remember when I first had the octy I used to get excited to see 30 :D)

no chance you would drive an s4 like a saint...you just wouldnt!

I would drive it like I drive the octy :D and still get 30+ :D anyway enough off topic dreaming, I need to get some more clients or I wont be able to afford the taxi much longer :D

yes you are dreaming, they dont do 30....its all a figment of your imagination....

like me and that those to lapdancers...oh wait...that did happen
