I should of said 35mpg was a peak figure from the s4 average was 30+mpg after i replaced cam belt ,water pump , thermostate, and cts,before it was around 25mpg it just shows good servicing on any car can improve mpg .unless you are flat out on the autobahn in sixth gear at 7000 rpm what a noise from a stainless single box exhaust system epic.The octavia estate actualy seems a bigger car than the b5 s4 avant especialy on the inside .
