Advise needed please i need a dealer who is reliable and does'nt messs you about.i am about to take delivery of a 2.0fsi elegance as the car is coming from Oxford(fleet sale) it's not practical to take it there for service issues.Any dealer in South Wales is acceptable with regards to distance. Best service is a priority. Any info will be welcomed.

I have had a couple of problems with White Dove I have not tried Griffin Mill for Skoda but they weren't best for Peugeot, Thompson and Thompson are ok though.

I wasn't at all happy with Thompson and Thompson (you can read my review in the Reviews section). White Dove's spares department is good, but I don't know what they are like for servicing.

Capitol Skoda have recently started up in Newport; I haven't had any dealings with them so they are a bit of an unknown quantity.

If you're not too worried about warranty implications, I can recommend a good independent in Newport.

Thanks, but due to being a fleet car it's got to be a main dealer. Griffin Mill were very good about a 24 hour loan as i told them the car was likely to be sourced elsewhere. Capital Newport equaly helpful on any enquiries. White Dove a bit sniffy (praps Cardiff City Away shirt put them off!!!)
