I hope someone can help me with this problem which has started just today.

I can lock my Octy with remote but can't unlock with it. Central locking seems to be working fine when I use key.

Its Octavia 05 Elegance, any suggestions would be much appriciated.

ive got the same thing but it only started since i messed with the rear door mech

Its the micro switchs in the door latch. Theres guides on this forum on how to replace the switches or u can replace the whole latch

Mine started that, I could only lock it and not unlock it with the remote so I replaced the battery in the fob and it works fine now.

I also gave my key a little clean while I had it dismantled.
