Just taken delivery of some new foam pads for my DA polisher. Reading the instructions, it says that before initial use they should be "Lightly misted with Final Inspection 34". Never heard of the stuff searching online it seems to be similar to a `QD`. Do you think I could safely use the QD I already have instead of another purchase?

The M34 Final inspection is Meguiars original quick detailer used by pros for years. The DA just needs lubricating and the quick detailer will work just fine. You also use the quick detailer as a lubricant for clay bars.

Thank you, but just to be crystal clear...I already have AG Rapid Detailer in my garage, would you say it is safe for me to use that instead of the M34?

Yes mate any quick detailer will do. The foam pads need a little liquid lubricant to get started. Good luck and happy shining.
