Has anyone modded their sidelights so they come on with the ignition - ie turning them into daylight running lights?

Anyone got any ideas how to do it?

Would it cause a problem having rear sidelights on during the day or should I mod the lights so only the front ones come on with the ignition?

Having the rears on won't cause any problems.

Have to ask though, is it worth the tinkering just to save half a second turning the light switch on manually?

Think I'll go with turning the switch

These aftermarket lights never look right either.
