Good, cheap fault code reader for VRS, Laptop or Android

Featured Replies

I'm looking for an inexpensive fault code reader for my 04 VRS, it can be either PC laptop or Android tablet/phone.

The more functionality the better.

Can anyone recommend something for under £30?

Thanks

ross tech's vcds lite is free and only recuires a lead off ebay (usb to obd2)

£6 for a lead and VCDS lite, it's well discussed on here if you want to read more a search for VCDS lite should help :)

As above VCDS lite is your first stop or alternatively you can get a bluetooth OBDII adaptor from ebay (£10 approx) and "Torque" app for android there is a free version and a premium version (£3 approx) which works well.
