Ok, so just to say, they were there when i bought the car so i don't know what they are or where they came from....

Just wondered what you guys would recommend for getting the stains off?

It's not heavy staining, just a few spots but now I know they're there (i've only just noticed them) they'll bug me now....

looks like maybe a bit of pop or something that some unruly passenger has fizzed on the ceiling on the front passenger side

A can of foaming upholstery cleaner will do. just be aware, it's a bit like t-cutting a white car. Once you clean one bit, you'll notice that the rest of the head lining is duller, and may well end up cleaning the entire lot.

As for prevention, well next time buy her some non-marking soles.
