Michelin- New Skoda preferred tyre choice

Featured Replies

Got a letter from Skoda finance today to say that they're now using ATS Euromaster to replace tyres for vehicles on fix cost maintenance like mine. They're also said they're now only going to fit Michelin tyres.

My vRS came with Dunlop Sport Maxx's which I'm very impressed with and are lasting well. However, when it does come to get them changed, are Skoda going to replace them with a cheap Eco Michelin or an appropriate 'sports' type?

What's the best Michelin to ask to be fitted to the fabia vRS?

Excellent, thanks

I did have a look on the site and that's what it came up with. also looks to have the same A rating for wet weather grip as the Dunlops.

Agreed. Got them on my S3

Goodyear Eagle F1's are my choice of tyre, great grip and they last for ages from previous experience. I used to have a bmw m3 a few years ago and that thing ate through rear tyres! I found the eagles lasted the longest and gave great grip, been using them ever since, not the cheapest but you can't be cheap with shoes on a car!
