2007 octavia VRS TFSI. keep getting this code every few weeks. Any help would be appreciated as a mechanic said its ok just leave it as its a minefield.

New charcoal canister fixed mine. Don't brim your tank or you'll flood the canister, the first nozzle click is sufficient.

Got the code deleted and just filled up to the first click and 120miles later i still have no EML on. Cheers for the info.

Don't count your chickens yet, the cannister will already be damaged.

Well 430 miles since i filled up just to the first click £73 and still no engine management light. But i done same driving etc as last time i brimmed the tank £82 and yet the fuel light would come on at 390 miles. ? ? ? Less fuel but 40miles further.

Give it time lol...

Yeah give it time. I suspect it will have logged a code just not thrown the cel yet.
