Low Fuel rail pressure to low 1.6 TDI Octavia

Hi to all

Need a help please

My Octavia 1.6 tdi Mark II refuse to start or I would say start and cut, start and cut, on try number 5 the engine starts, no warning lights comes on.

The day before I had limp mode and glow plug light comes on but all gone when the engine restarts

.

Now the car start and run ok but I feel power loss a bit and light clink noise on acceleration and gears change.

Went to connect to the computer and fault code 10116 comes ON- fuel rail system pressure to low

Car is 2 years old but with 100K on the clock.

High pressure pump, rail sensor etc....???
