What makes Skoda great? - Looking for you feedback

Hi, I am a "Newbie" - with the site being recommended to me as a great place to get feedback. I work for JD Wetherspoon, and am doing a presentation in a week or so to their senior managers (as part of my development). The topic I have is to pick a company I believe produced "Best in Class" new products.

Rather than do the obvious, I would really like to present back on Skoda - mainly because I think there are a few similarities....an old perception about quality, lots of hard work in more recent years to shake off the "cheap and nasty" image of the past, and simply (based on feedback and awards) Skoda appears to produce great competitive products!

I am looking for your help in the way of any feedback you are happy to give me which summarises why you feel Skoda produces great products, be it based on quality, cost, customer service, reliability etc. I only have 15 mins to "sell" my view.........but your experiences would be most welcome!
