Newbie to the forum, not yet a Skoda owner, but looking to purchase a 2005 Octavia 2.0TDI (PD) estate, with 88k, from a used car dealership. Hoping to find out the best advice and what to look out for with these particular engines. I'm aware of some oil pump/head problems, but hoping to get some help in deciding whether this is a big enough issue not to buy the car.
