SUPER RESIN ...????

yes its a polish but its an all in one. It does fill and it does leave protection as already proven by the people that make it. anyway this thread is going nowhere so im off to polish..cough...wax my car!

Try this stuff, It's First Class. Ambrosia Loves it

Haven't used it but apparently the Finis wax is excellent stuff.

I personally wouldnt recommend polishing a car (particularly a Skoda.....they do have quite thin paintwork in places....bumpers particularly) with something that has cutting properties on a regular basis. Sure will keep the car looking nice but you will eventually wear through the paint.......Skoda wont honour the paintwork guaranteee as they'll say its self inflicted.

If youre dead set on keeping the car looking mint all the time just wash it with a decent wash product then wax it. Personally i rarely polish a car; i find that if I wash it reasonably regularly with a decent wash product it keeps fresh enough, occasionally the polish will come out if theres bits a decent wash hasnt sorted out.

Id say if you are polishing (not waxing) a car more often than once every 6 months/1 year youre probably doing it too often and mot likely causing more harm than good to the paintwork.

The Hydra Wax is also Excellent, I have both

Then finnish of with their Auto- QD

The cut is sooo low on SRP that you could get away with it, its a main stream product for Joe Public even with a DA on hard paint from VAG its pretty safe.

Paint on VAG is generally "thick" but you can never be sure unless you measure it with a PTG. In generally its better to not cause swirls and then use something filler heavy like SRP to mask them, then use your favourite wax or sealant. Colly 845 is fantastic and cheap.
